When Ben and Alisha return to their house one night and see a hooded man being a car, they feel they can't turn a blind eye, especially when they discover the same man is being held in a house across the street from them. The police don't take their concerns seriously, so they take matters into their own hands and discover a series of shocking abuses of security in the process. But proving their claims to the press, however, is no easy task.
